If I were you, I'd buy 2 ethernet cards, a RG58 cable, two 50 ohm terminators and build up a network. Install samba (-> ports section) on your FreeBSD box. Then you can directly mount a via samba exported filesystem to your Windows 95 box. Better, faster, trickier, easier, than to use a floppy to transfer files...
