            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Some People
          Priority: ---

updates to Czech locale

I propose 2 changes in the Czech timedef files:

1. The date format should be changed from 2015/05/12 to 05.12.2015.

2. The translation of am/pm should be "dop/odp". Or better, "dop./odp.". But I
am afraid that extending the am/pm strings by another character might break
outputs of some programs that have the length of the time string hard-coded in
them. On the other hand, 12-hour time format is rarely used by the Czech.
