Interestingly, in the normal BIOS config screen and the boot POST screen, everything appears normal. So, I have a number of other identical machines and I'll try a different one, in case the problem is this particular x330. Additionally, the normal BIOS config screen doesn't provide an option to "un-disable" the processor. Below is the dmesg and output of acpidump -t.
