I suppose DEINSTALL.tclsh might as well be scattered * across the same ports. Same for wish. It looks like they were repo copied when tcl80 multiplied. :) By the way, I'm going to add share/doc/ja to BSD.{local,x11}.dist so don't worry about those. There are so many ports that creates that directory it probably doesn't make sense to try to delete it from all of them.
