Hi...

I just hit a snag that is most likely "you forgot to recompile
*something*", but not sure which.

I get the following when trying to compile the kernel itself,
after downloading the sources from the 2.2-GAMMA directory on ftp.freebsd.org.

hub# make
cc -c -x assembler-with-cpp -DLOCORE -nostdinc -I- -I. -I../.. -I../../../include -DNSWAPDEV=10 -DFFS -DINET -DCOMPAT_43 -DKERNEL ../../i386/i386/locore.s
../../i386/i386/locore.s: Assembler messages:
../../i386/i386/locore.s:705: Error: bad register name ('%cr4')
../../i386/i386/locore.s:707: Error: bad register name ('%cr4')
*** Error code 1

Stop.

Can someone point out what I've missed here? :( gcc -v shows
2.7.2.1, if that helps any...

Thanks...
