Changes from v6: * Ported Jared Mauch's raw IP patch over to the 5.0 tree * Added sysctl to allow/disallow ipfw use * ipfw2: it requires jailed users to use IP addresses that are inside their jails (thereby preventing interference between jails) If anyone's interested in testing it, it can be found at http://msalem.translator.cx/dist/jail_seperation.v7.patch.
