The drive had been running fine for almost a year as well until those errors. The server is relativly busy pushing out 40K of email a day as well as user web pages. I still have the drive, but its not being used in the server as I put our 'cold' spare in until I can sort out what we will do for a better overall plan with RAID in a month or so.
