Learn how to do this. PnP NE2000s don't work. I try to do this for a living and they Just Don't Work. Usually there is a setup program sent with the card that allows you to set it to Jumperless mode; just set that, pick some unusued resources (ie, IRQ 10 / port 300), tell FreeBSD that, and all should be good.
