  I'm moving the releng document over to doc tree, that is a better
location.  It was a mistake for me to put them on internal.  The new
locations will be :

 doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/articles/releng
 www/en/releases/4.5R/schedule.html (was internal/releng45.html)
 www/en/releases/4.6R/schedule.html
