I suspect that the port just needs updating to allow either port. Several of these are llvm related ports that are clearly version specific. I suspect many/most of the others simply need updating to work with llvm70. No, I'm not volunteering. Sorry, but the next few days look very busy. If I get time, I may see if I can check out a few.
