mod_jserv (aka apache-jserv), mod_php3, mod_php4 are currently available in the ports collection.

mod_frontpage - requires a patched Apache server (from website only)
mod_ssl - requires an apache+eapi server (from website only)

The ports on the website are a bit out of date, and will require a bit of work to bring them back to fully functional ports.
