The = problem I run into is that when the quota is exceeded, they can't log = into the mailbox to clean it out. They get an error saying "failed to = connect...quota exceeded" or something of that nature. Is there a way to = configure it so that instead of the admin (me) having to delete a = portion of their mail to gain access again, can I make it so they can at = least log in to download all their mail before sending again?
