Synopsis: cvsup-mirror doesn't set correct -C paremeter in init script State-Changed-From-To: open->closed State-Changed-By: jdp State-Changed-When: Tue Nov 27 12:10:48 PST 2001 State-Changed-Why: Submitter's analysis is incorect. This port uses the cvsupd.access file to set the client limit.
