Sounds like you have some old files left in the patches directory for apsfilter. CVSup won't delete files it didn't create... You can look at: http://www.freebsd.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/ports/print /apsfilter/patches to see which ones should be in there. Just looking, I see only patch-aa.
