The recent update to 3.0.23 broke all my 'regular' shares (non-guest-ok, limited to a specific user), I cannot access them from neither Windows clients nor other unix machines or even on the server machine itself with smbclient. I've tried the smb.config.sample that is installed by the port verbatim except for one added share definition and that does not work either. Reverting to samba 3.0.22 restores expected behaviour (both with my own configuration and the sample configuration).
