Folks,

Howdy!  I have a Gateway 2000 and have gotten a boot floppy for FreeBSD 
2.1 created.  However,

a) It doesn't recognize the WEARNES 6X ATAPI CD-ROM drive, and
b) It won't FTP (active or passive) anywhere over device ep0, although
   it recognized the network adapter once I disabled plug-and-play.

Any comments/questions would be greatly appreciated.
