I'd be willing to take it. The software has not been maintained by any "vendor" for years. For a while, I thought either ImageMagick or GraphicsMagick maintainers will improve on it, but that has not happened either. If you wish to fix it -- the 64-bit brokenness or add currently unsupported FPX flavours -- go ahead and take maintainership. Otherwise, let it be... -mi
