i did cvsup on 15 and release came out few days later..

so by doin cvsup again that should solve that issue? right?

Depends.  There were some last minute fixes which went in after the
RELENG_4_4 release branch was made, which were applied to 4.4-STABLE
as well - but if you cvsupped before the date the release was actually
rolled it's possible you don't have them.
