mtools is a separate port and probably wont' be seeing any action in the
main source tree anytime soon.  In the meantime you can fetch the port
from /usr/ports/emulators/mtools and type `make' from the directory.  Or
grab the package and run pkg_add mtools-x.x.tgz.  See the Handbook for
further details.
