Well, I haven't done this on FreeBSD, but I have on BSD/OS (in fact,
that's the system I'm writing this on).  And I only have 2 displays
connected.  I'm assuming the same holds true for FreeBSD:

Why such a low resolution?  The Millenium, for example (which I would
recommend) offers up to 1600x1200, and even on a 15" monitor 1024x768
gives a cleaner picture.  You might also consider if you really need 3
displays, or whether 2 17" displays wouldn't be more convenient.

Install the boards and connect them to monitors.  You'll save some
headaches by installing only PCI boards and making them all
Milleniums.
