This change in current (?) breaks many ports' installations. I came across this while installing the docproj metaport. docbook-300 and many other ports contain the following (or similar) line in their Makefile: @${CHOWN} -R ${SHAREOWN}.${SHAREGRP} ${INSTDIR} The '.' causes the installation to fail.
