Hi,
I'm trying to get my Printer (connected to a parallel port) working with the spooler. At present the simple lptest program prints the desired output ok.
However, when I use the lptest with the spooler:
lptest 20 5 | lpr
I get an error saying:
lpr: connect: No such file or directory
job queued, cannot start daemon
I also get a "daemon not present warning" on the top line of output from the lpq command.
Ghulam
