Can you mount /dev/wd0s1e or /dev/wd0s1f? Those shuld contain /var and /usr, respectively, assuming the disklabel wasn't completely spammed. If you feel lucky, you can try relabling the slice, as long as you have the *exact* sizes of the partitions.
