I think I answered part of my original question. The mail log file of the secondary name server finally showed the same error message. Now my question is would this be a Reverse DNS issue? Everything that I can think of is pointing to that yet everything worked before. No changes to Sendmail or zone files on either machine except putting the new HD in. Thanks guys. I installed FBSD 4.7-Release on a new hard drive and configured everything like it was originally (.conf files were saved to CD). Everything looks great except when sending mail. I get the error pasted below. I'm using Sendmail and Bind that came on 4.7-Release.
