Due to the ServeRAID card I need to install FreeBSD 5.x. The question is, how stable is 5.2.1 at this point? All I really need to install and run on the system is MySQL and PostgreSQL. PostgreSQL will only have 1 database and MySQL will have about 80. Is this a reasonably stable set-up? What about if I enable SMP to make use of the dual processors?
