Well, i think we've got a special case here.  Plain ol' man pages
should be converted by such a tool, which i think involves a lot
of guessing.

-mdoc pages should better be converted from the source.  The mdoc
format contains everything you need to construct HTML from it, you
`only' need to establish a mapping between the related features.
