This is an important security release. Add a patch to remove -fno-delete-null-pointer-checks from CFLAGS for C++, since clang does not support this option. Refresh existing patches with `make makepatch`. Move DEPRECATED and EXPIRATION_DATE fields in response to `portlint -C` errors.
