Have you config'ed UCONSOLE and XSERVER ? And make shure pcvt_ioctl.h has
updated in /usr/include/machine AND /sys/i386/include before compiling 
anything.

I'd like to know what it was, 1) it runs fine here and 2) it has to go into
NotesAndHints ..

You are able to remap that key, have a look at the manual pages for kcon and
keycap.
