That means that you use the login "anonymous" and your email address as a password. There's a list of FTP mirrors at: http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/mirrors-ftp.html You copy the files via whatever method your FTP client supports. Typically, a modern web-browser can handle an ftp:// URI and you can drag-and-drop the files. But you didn't even mention what platform you're using. Incidentally, there's a lot of stuff on the FTP site, and you're not going to know what to download without consulting further resources.
