Just use the stadard, documented way to upgrade your machine... If
you're too lazy to read src/UPDATING or follow the documentation in
the handbook, then you get these problems... Hint: you don't run
config directly, you use make to build the correct toolchain and
compile the kernel...
Running an 8.2 toolchain to build a 10.1 kernel is unsupported...
