I posted instructions for a do-it-yourself MFC of the ucom driver suite. With that, you can use the IoGear GUC232A, which so far as I know are fairly available. It works well enough for me to make PPP links over my cell phone data cable. Joe K tells me he is planning to MFC the whole thing when he gets done with a sub-driver for the Visor hotsync gizmo. If you really insist on a PCI card, I suggest the Specialix SX card/module system. Each card can support up to 32 ports and a single system can support up to 128 ports. It works pretty well.
