Subject: I see no 'send-pr' results

	I have some problems with 'send-pr' :

1) send-pr --request-id returned with:
"Not a valid PR, moved to junk and closed."
(man page says that send-pr 'should already be
customized' but does'nt say how I can test this);

2) after sending my report I've receive a confirmation,
but there is no message in -bugs mailing list
(and there IS a message with number 567 here).

	What was my fault in ?
