Hi All, I am running FreeBSD 4.8R, I have enabled APM in the kernel and in rc.conf. I can display the information with APM. When I issue a apm -Z or apm -z the laptop blanks the screen and appears to suspend, then beeps and comes back up, I have tried removing the PCMCIA network card. any ideas ? The laptop is an Acer Travelmate 507DX. Regards, Kat. --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).
