There's an "unofficial" port floating around out there that I'm using. I don't have the URL handy, but I think it's a 3.9 version. It's new enough to support the auto-whitelisting functions in spamlogd. I don't recall what the reason was, but apparently the patches were rejected or perhaps there just isn't an active maintainer anymore. It does work well though...
