howdy,

	I have a customer that is in the process of swapping out a bunch of 
Penril equipment for 3Com stuff.  I don't know if they have any v.34 stuff, 
but I can check.  I do know that they wanted to find a buyer for their stuff 
if at all possible (it was a HUGE investment to set up a WAN to 34 US cities).
