It is, but it wasn't at the time Satoshi grabbed CAM.  I would
suggest booting a standard FreeBSD kernel and using the
old utilities, booting a newer CAM kernel and using the utilities
that are now in CAM, or (assuming you don't have "stability"
concerns for these systems) simply upgrading the systems to a later
CAM snapshot.
