Your sgmlformat port is not installed completely, as the RUN_DEPEND for docbook is not fulfilled. Two possible solutions: 1. Reinstall textproc/linuxdoc textproc/docbook and textproc/sgmlformat 2. Retry mutt-devel with make -DWITHOUT_MUTT_SGMLFORMAT > Then the dependencies should be fixed... They are correct.
