Revision 2.0 of the PCI Specification added both 64 bit wide and 66 MHz versions of the bus.  I'm not aware of any shipping 66 MHz PCI, but most of the current Digital Alpha systems (and I think some 3rd party Alpha motherboards) include 64 bit slots.  

FWIW, the spec requires that 64 bit cards work when plugged into 32 bit slots, and 32 bit cards work when plugged into 64 bit slots.
