NFS locks in my system was due to package loss using UDP on a networks not in the same "wire" (server and client not on the same "wire"). try to mount nfs using tcp it is slower but works for me. mount_nfs -T server:/xxx /aaa ^ | tcp option Hope this will help. Sergio Lenzi. Unix consult.
