I've found this: http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/svn-src-all/2009-May/008730.html which seems to be the place where the kernel dies according to the bt. I hope qingli will take care of it. And for the bge stuff, I've just noticed that allow_asf is off in 7-STABLE, so it's probably not a regression in code, but in behaviour. (which can be more easily fixed, but I don't know whether it worths to be on)
