Hi, sorry it took a while to get back.
I haven't got your original message, but I suspect that you're 
missing the `enable proxy' on the ppp server.  Once you `enable 
proxy', the router will be able to talk to the other end of the ppp 
link (210.66.235.201).  Without it, the router does an ``arp'' and 
gets no reply.
