I looked at the isomarkboot code: The position and size of the bootable file it put into byte locations 480ff. Both are measured in blocks. There's one problem with this: It's only possible to boot from CD drives that support a 512 byte block size. Not all drives do that, and it's a burden to jumper them in the right way. Maybe it would be possible to make those entries in 2048 unities? I never tried it, and then of course a real CD would be needed for testing.
