I take it to read that the locate.updatedb process will run as the user
`nobody'. This means that /var/db/locate.database must be owned by
`nobody', and that any directories that aren't readable by `nobody' will
be in locate.database. (ie: expected behaviour, since I *certainly*
don't want everyone to know just what I've got in my private-directories).
