Here's the thing: So far I have always chuckled at handbook section 12.10, the scratching memory banks. I mean, c'mon, scratching memory banks... So, today I added 64 Megs of RAM, and I get this additional noise from my server. It's not the HDs (my first guess), and all the fans spin freely. Now, I still don't think it's scratching memory banks - but what do I know? So... Is there something like scratching memory banks or no?
