Hi, I installed FreeBSD 5.2.1 on my new Intel Pentium 4 based computer, which has Hyper-threading support. Although I enabled Hyper-threading in the BIOS and compiled the kernel with SMP it looks like it's not working. The dmesg says it has only one CPU and it is #1. In the 4.9 kernel I can see an option for Hyper-threading but I can't see it in the 5.2.1 release. What should I do to make this service work and how can I test it? Thx.
