My Gigabyte 6BXD has Intel's BX chipset.
But yesterday it threw up with 'panic: ufsdirrehash'(?) instead of a general
page fault, but I didn't reach the console in time to prevent an auto-
matic reboot and get the full message :-/
I'll post the dmesg as soon as I get home.
