I have the feeling that the answer to this will probably NO but
let me ask anyway:

There exist some interesting 3d Graphics Engine ports to DJGPP and
Linux SVGALIB as well. Does FreeBSD have SVGALIB and does the linux-emu
support that?

I tried to run the ELF binary and got that:

Controls

    w  : rotate lightsource about x axis (hold down)
    e  : rotate lightsource about y axis (hold down)
    r  : rotate lightsource about z axis (hold down)

    Use arrow keys to move object

Usage  : jaw3d <file>[.jaw] [rotation increment]
Example: jaw3d face

LINUX: 'ioctl' fd=3, typ=0x4b(K), num=0x44 not implemented
svgalib: cannot get keyboard mode.

Could not initialize keyboard.
