However RELENG_4 is still offically supported. Also for misc/zoneinfo to be useful you need hooks in base to prevent the port being overwritten whenever you do a post security installworld. Additionally updates to zoneinfo are not reflected in /etc/localtime. mergemaster needs to be tought to handle this.
