That's confirmed; the 2.2.5 bin distribution doesn't have tclsh, but the 2.2.2 one does. I'll submit a bug report. If you use XWindows, you'll have to install the full tcl distribution at some point and that will bring a fresh copy of tclsh with you. In the meantime, you can edit /etc/group directly.
