Hi,

I have a new problem with bandwidth limiting:

I added: pipe 1 ip from A to B

and a bw of 64KBytes/s results in an effective bw of 2.5KBytes/s 
(counted via ftp)
128KBytes/s -> 5 KBytes/s
256KBytes/s -> 10 KBytes/s
etc...?!
